Chandey Michaels has appeared in various films and episodic television as an actress for CBS, CW, Disney, Global, Lifetime as well numerous commercials. Playing interesting and complex characters in both comedy and drama, Chandey is a performer with a vast range. She is driven by a passion for exploring the human condition and finding authenticity in her work. This has lead to her expanding into writing, producing and directing original content. Having also a background in creative coaching, she provides invaluable support to the creative process and in leading teams. Most recently she served as the production manager on a Film Independent, Project Involve stop-motion animated short film on the LAIKA Fellowship track; as well as one of 6 mentees selected for the Women in Animation mentorship circle "How to pitch an indie animated feature film" with mentor Vani Saraswathi Balgam (Rhythm & Hues / Executive Director -Founder of Asia Studios, Dreamworks Animation (Asia) / Head of Creative Management and Training). Continuing her education in producing animation, Chandey is a multi-faceted filmmaker with several projects in development in both live-action and animation. She’s a dynamic force full of fire and music, love and positivity.

Myke Bakich has helped craft the stories of many feature films including Marvel’s Ant Man & The Wasp, Illumination Entertainment’s Despicable Me 3, Golden Globe nominated The Book of Life, the Annie, BAFTA and Academy Award nominated The Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon and most recently the Academy Award nominated films Mitchells vs The Machines and Nimona.  As a Story Artist he’s contributed to projects for Netflix, Marvel Studios,  Sony Pictures Animation, Illumination Entertainment, Dreamworks Animation, Blue Sky Studios among others. 

The Great C, a virtual reality narrative that he storyboarded on, was awarded the ‘Positron Visionary Award for Best Cinematic VR Experience’ at the 2020 Cannes Film Festival and the ‘Indigo Award for Game Design of the Year’.   

Myke also has a background in teaching and mentoring emerging animation and story artists. In November 2018 he was invited to teach a youth storyboarding workshop at The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences in Los Angeles, CA. He has served as a mentor with Rise Up Animation; an organization that supports and empowers all BIPOC in the animation industry. Currently he is a professor at Emily Carr University of Art and Design teaching storyboarding.

Myke’s strength is cinematic and meaningful visual storytelling. His passion for moving pictures has expanded into writing, directing and editing.

Together Chandey and Myke share a love of storytelling and film. In 2015 the power couple founded Les Deux Magots Films; a boutique production company specializing in pre-production storyboards and original creative content in both live-action and animation.  Les Deux Magots Films has done storyboard work for some of the most prestigious international film and television studios around the world. Their original short films Busy Bee and Nail Bait are award-winning. Having recently expanded to the west coast forming Lo & Po Films in Vancouver, Canada they have several animated and live-action projects in development.
